We aim to make returns straightforward and transparent. Your rights are protected under UK consumer law.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You must notify us within this 14-day period if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless we agree otherwise. You are also responsible for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If you prefer, we can arrange collection of the goods.
Collection charges will be confirmed before booking.
Once goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us as soon as possible.
